Room we got was a twin/double with a nice balcony just like they said. They had a kettle as promised. Staff members were friendly, and the owner was really awesome! 🌟

reasonably clean hotel, wonderful rooms, favourable and magnificent location close to many restaurants. helpful staff on reception and elsewhere. the rooms with balcony. variety of facilities such as: climate control, tv, and an electric kettle. location just next door to lots of considerations, and the hualien railway station. free parking nearby provided. everything really good.
