Room we got was a twin/double with a nice balcony just like they said. They had a kettle as promised. Staff members were friendly, and the owner was really awesome! 🌟

Had good sleep at the king room with balcony, comfortable beds and kettle. The location was nice and perfect, close to a train station, if you need it.

reasonably clean hotel, wonderful rooms, favourable and magnificent location close to many restaurants. helpful staff on reception and elsewhere. the rooms with balcony. variety of facilities such as: climate control, tv, and an electric kettle. location just next door to lots of considerations, and the hualien railway station. free parking nearby provided. everything really good.
